✅ Returns
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- The returned product must not be counterfeit, and you may be asked to provide evidence of authenticity concerns to proceed with the return.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product and notify you of the result.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
- Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after approval.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
