At Primus Nutritions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

• You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

• The returned product must not be counterfeit, and you may be asked to provide evidence of authenticity concerns to proceed with the return.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the product and notify you of the result.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

• Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after approval.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

• The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
